As it turned out a treat I decided to share the simple recipe and offer it to the contest the garden blog intolerant Child Without is good, besides being lactose free I adapted well to the gluten-free, by simply replacing the traditional flour with rice.

Beef stew with onions and apples
Ingredients (for 2 persons)
250 g of beef stew
4 white onions Margherita igp
1 Green Apple, cut into cubes
2 tablespoons rice flour
1 glass of wine Sangiovese
1 sprig of Rosemary
Extra virgin olive oil
Flour the pieces of flesh and put to fry in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil and Rosemary.
Once you have browned on all sides the meat roughly chopped onions and add the Apple cubes, Saute for a few minutes then add the wine, season with salt and pepper, cover and reduce heat to simmer for about an hour, stirring occasionally.
Once cooked the rice flour along with the other ingredients they will have created a creamy concoction to make your mouth water!
Serve your beef stew with onions and apples and decorate with chopped nuts and a drizzle of olive oil.
