This year me and a couple of colleagues, we embark on a new adventure! We adopted a garden through the site ortiamo.it! So our factor (Igor Montanari) during this hot summer, twice a week, brings fresh vegetables from our garden collection! And we join them in new recipes because I know who has a garden, a vegetable in season, ends and there is in iperabbondanza and don’t know how to Cook!
Our garden produced lots of tasty onions, so did this recipe, onions with balsamic vinegar, I know, I’ve discovered hot water and probably if you use supermarket onions are not even as good, but mine were so good that I cannot but share the recipe just in tribute to our factor!!!
