It is officially started the frenzy of the race to the Christmas present! In This long week end of the immaculate we have just finished decorating the house, put lights, make trees and cribs, which here it is! The most predictors have already begun to look for their gifts, but since I know that it can happen to forget someone or to receive an unexpected gift and not get ready something indicated for reciprocate, today I want to leave you an idea, a suggestion, something that You can do it from you and that I am sure will be welcome even in case you want to offer it as a gift. I want to share my recipe of the Compote of quince apples and bergamot, as well as being easy and quick to prepare, I know that it will also be a welcome gift! Why do I know?  Because it has been among all the compotes/jams that I have experienced in recent years, the most successful one! The one that everyone tells me how good that jam was!

My advice is to prepare it for your family and for your friends and to keep some pot decorated to party to offer it as a gift in case of necessity! I’m sure you’re going to make a figure!

This year me and a couple of colleagues, we embark on a new adventure!  We adopted a garden through the site ortiamo.it! So our factor (Igor Montanari) during this hot summer, twice a week, brings fresh vegetables from our garden collection! And we join them in new recipes because I know who has a garden, a vegetable in season, ends and there is in iperabbondanza and don’t know how to Cook!

Our garden produced lots of tasty onions, so did this recipe, onions with balsamic vinegar, I know, I’ve discovered hot water and probably if you use supermarket onions are not even as good, but mine were so good that I cannot but share the recipe just in tribute to our factor!!! Then: that Onions with balsamic are!

Always in “a sweet No is good for everyone, “today I propose a blanket tart made with vegan gluten free shortcrust yogurt soy,  preparation is much simpler than the name I gave you and the result is a tart gluten free, lactose free and without eggs, a species of great cookie of excellent jam!

Vegan soup in thai style

The sudden return of the cold makes me just want to soup! I therefore the ball the opportunity to prepare and offer this Vegan soup in thai style ethnic-inspired my soup, completely vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free, but really tasty because as I always say: “anything cooked in coconut milk becomes delicious!”

The recipe, as I said, is made without lactose and gluten and therefore meets the requirements of the contest The child’s Garden blog Without intolerant is good. The idea that brings me to present this recipe is to start children in General, but in this particular case the children with allergies, Eastern-flavored, taking advantage of the goodies of coconut milk to make them appreciate the vegetables!

 When I get home from work starts my challenge “mystery box” I’m late, I’m hungry and so little time, I open the refrigerator and the challenge starts … Today the pantry out tofu, almonds and basil. The result gave me a great taste in very little time, right to cooking pasta or so! Great for pasta or Croutons, but also put on vegetables from Browning in the oven by adding some bread crumbs and some flakes of almonds, or can turn into tofu burgers and accompany them with salad! In addition as other pests we can put what advances in a jar covered with oil and reuse it in different ways in the following days.
