Persian love cake – #ReCake 14

It is said that after the holidays you keep coming back refreshed and full of desire to do!

Here I am, in fact, to take on the challenge of Re-Cake 2.0, taking advantage of the latest arrival in the family, the new and shiny, I prepared a Persian love Cake planetary proposal for the challenge this month of may 2015. In my belief exotic ingredients never fail, so we go to work!!

The result was a cake that won me over from the perfumes of preparation, will be my passion for spices, but I fell in love with it!

This morning a friend of mine used to say “nice weather they want!!! you return to soups, to wool and winter cakes! “as blame? …. Yesterday I prepared beef stew with onions and apples!

As it turned out a treat I decided to share the simple recipe and offer it to the contest the garden blog intolerant Child Without is good, besides being lactose free I adapted well to the gluten-free, by simply replacing the traditional flour with rice.

Vegan soup in thai style

The sudden return of the cold makes me just want to soup! I therefore the ball the opportunity to prepare and offer this Vegan soup in thai style ethnic-inspired my soup, completely vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free, but really tasty because as I always say: “anything cooked in coconut milk becomes delicious!”

The recipe, as I said, is made without lactose and gluten and therefore meets the requirements of the contest The child’s Garden blog Without intolerant is good. The idea that brings me to present this recipe is to start children in General, but in this particular case the children with allergies, Eastern-flavored, taking advantage of the goodies of coconut milk to make them appreciate the vegetables!

Gluten-free and lactose-free Apple Pie

Today I collect the invitation of Leti from the blog Without is good, that I knew through Instagram and who then invited me to participate in his child’s Garden contest intolerant.

In recent times, you already know that I have given to experimental “without” and based on the requests of the contest I experienced this flour mix gluten free homemade (those who know me know that i don’t like ready mix or flour deglutinate). The mix now is great for making the pastry and create both great gluten-free biscuits that a beautiful fruit tart. As the contest gave the choice between some fruits (and vegetables) I opted for Apple, great to create a fantastic puree to put on my biscuit-based  Tart rennets gluten and lactose free

Now you know my passion for Thai food, choosing between all Asian cuisines I always end up with choosing the Thai even though I look at all unsure a little when the Japanese options, instill in raw fish is my other passion about food!

Last week the Affe, in withdrawal from the East, along with a friend, you are immersed in the festive colors, sounds and scents of the Orient, on our doorstep, at the Fiera di Bologna …. and guess what food have satisfied their palate for lunch?? Well, obviously with Thai!! We found our favorite treats the KANOM KROK (coconut milk-based sweets crispy outside and soft inside) we filled up! Of course, there wasn’t much else, Bollywood shows tea ceremonies, all kinds of spices, tea for everyone and so much more, but back to us, in the wake of this tour “in Asia” today I give you my version of cashew chicken, because after trying the original version I found that for my taste a couple of vegetables in addition there are fine , making it a unique dish and complete! …. and I also add gluten free!
