Finally the blog mangioviaggiando has become. it!

Today I renew my Christmas present!! I feel excited like a kid on Christmas morning while begins to unwrap the presents under the tree! That's the feeling I'm trying while I'm here I write the first post of the new Blog!

Yes, I did buy a domain, housting (siteground.com) and switching to WordPress, perhaps not everyone will understand, but let me explain; for those who write a Blog get this gift is like a biker go from a scooter to a street bike, or a motorist from a 600 (and I mean 500 600, because now is a fashion victims and the comparison would shrink away) to a Ferrari!

Now you understand my excitement? And you will also understand why there is a bit of time since I published a post! … you have to learn to drive the Ferrari before going on the road!

Oggi rinnovo il mio regalo di Natale!! Mi sento emozionata come un bambino  la mattina di Natale mentre inizia a scartare i regali sotto l’albero!!! Questa è la sensazione che sto provando mentre sono qui che scrivo il primo post del nuovo Blog!

Ebbene si, mi sono regalata un dominio, un servizio housting (siteground.com) e il passaggio a WordPress, forse non tutti capiranno, ma ora vi spiego; per chi scrive un Blog farsi questo regalo è come per un motociclista passare da uno scooter ad una moto da strada, o per un automobilista da una 600 (e dico 600, perché la 500 di oggi è una macchina da fashion victims e il paragone si ridurrebbe di distanza) ad una Ferrari!

Ora capite la mia emozione? E capirete anche il perché è uno po’ di tempo che non pubblico un post!…. bisogna imparare a guidarla la Ferrari prima di andare in strada!!!!

Galletas de Navidad con chocolate y frambuesas

Estas son las galletas que hice como regalo de Navidad, unos días atrás a mis compañeros!

La receta pasó de mi fan # 1 Giorgia, que hace postres deliciosos y que me había hecho probar estas galletas hace un tiempo, así que este post es un homenaje a ella, a estas galletas gran!
Mi aporte a esta receta se restringió a la harina integral y el ron que en galletas siempre me gusta mucho!
¡ Son increíblemente rápidos de preparar, listo en media hora, así que si quieres poner algo sano en la siembra de la Epifanía puede hacerlo en la mañana y perfume toda la casa!

Christmas cookies with chocolate and raspberries

These are the cookies I made as a Christmas gift, a few days ago to my colleagues!

The recipe was passed from my # 1 fan Giorgia, who makes delicious desserts and that had made me try these cookies a while ago, so this post is a tribute to her, to these great cookies!
My contribution to this recipe was restricted to wholemeal flour and rum that in biscuits I always like very much!
They are incredibly quick to prepare, ready in half an hour, so if you want to put something healthy in the stocking of the Epiphany you can do it in the morning and perfume the whole House!

Biscotti semplici con gocce di cioccolato e lamponi

BISCOTTI SEMPLICI CON GOCCE DI CIOCCOLATO E LAMPONI

Questi sono i biscotti che ho preparato come regalo della Befana, qualche giorno fa per i miei colleghi!

La ricetta mi è stata passata dalla mia fan numero uno Giorgia, che fa dolci buonissimi e che mi aveva fatto assaggiare questi biscotti un po’ di tempo fa, così questo post rende omaggio a lei, a questi ottimi biscotti!
Il mio apporto a questa ricetta si è limitato alla farina integrale e al rum che nei biscotti mi piace sempre molto!
Sono incredibilmente veloci da preparare, in mezzora sono pronti, per cui se volete mettere qualcosa di sano nella calza della Befana potete farli anche domattina e profumare tutta la casa!!!

Squid stuffed with hazelnuts and almonds for the holidays

The most successful dish of these festive days were the “Squid stuffed with hazelnuts and almonds,” brought to the table on Boxing Day! …. could not be different, were a delight, tender and delicious!
The week before Christmas I was looking for a recipe for making these imaginary calamari which had decided to bring to the table, but there was something I didn’t like someone. …  This is always the biggest challenge in your kitchen, please all the participants to the table, especially for the holidays when it has often been in many!
The grandfather, who was a prisoner of the Germans during the second world war, does not like potatoes, eat only the white ones (though not very loving even those) while the other can’t even nominate, then it should be disposed of all recipes with potatoes; my mother prefers fish to meat and does not appreciate the tomatoes that are often paired with the fish! Thankfully not all are so demanding, my grandmother always like everything … and my dad likes things good with him is difficult I can go wrong!!
The solution was that I made up my own recipe, inspired by the thousand that I read in the previous days, and here’s the result!
If you want to try it, it is ideal for those who are thinking of fish brought to the table for new year’s Eve, of course … tell me if you like!
