You will have understood that today I propose an original way to use pears and cheese, this is a very fast to prepare pasta based always on the concept of balance of sweet, salty, spicy and sour taste!

Pear and cheese pasta

Ingredients for 4 people
240 grams of pasta (I used spaghetti, but you can use your favourite)
1 small onion
3 ripe pears
Chili powder
Strong paprika
.5 teaspoon of turmeric for color
1 splash of white wine
100 gr Cheese Brie type
Parmesan cheese (choice of spicy seasoned goat cheese pecorino or parmesan)
Zest of 1 lemon
Toasted sesame seeds
parsley (optional)
Salt to taste
PREPARATION
Boil the water to cook the spaghetti, meanwhile prepare the sauce to PEAR: cut the onion finely and put to fry, washed, Peel the pears, cut into small cubes for the .75 in baking melt and become a cream, while others let them into cubes about one centimeter size larger.
